Dear Parents, NBC 5, Telemundo 39, BNSF Railway Co., and the National Multicultural Western Heritage Museum are pleased to invite high school teens in grades 9-12 to the 24th Annual Technology Awareness Day and Technology and College Fair. increase. It will take place on Saturday, February 11th from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at the BNSF Railroad campus.
The event, both in-person and virtual, aims to educate young people about the many careers in technology and challenge attendees to design and develop technology solutions.
In-person registration closes January 31st, but if you plan to attend online, registration closes February 9th.
BNSF’s Technology Awareness Day is part of the National Black Family Technology Awareness Week. This national campaign was launched by IBM to “advance the achievements of important minorities in engineering, science and technology.” Company-sponsored events are held nationwide during his week in February.
