LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Nearly 100,000 people flooded the Las Vegas Convention Center on Thursday as CES returned with better technology than ever.
Conventions have a lot to offer attendees, but many in the valley won’t be able to experience it. I’m here.
The moment you enter, the images on the curved screen will take your breath away. The first thing you’ll see in the Central Hall is the world’s first wireless TV from LG. There are other products like vacuum cleaners that use water and steam to clean dirt in just seconds.
Further down in the central hall is a robot called SketcherX. The robot scans your face, draws a self-portrait, and speaks to you.
If you’re on the go and don’t have time to iron, simply toss your button-down shirts, suits, and dresses into the new LG Steam Closet and they’ll be wrinkle-free in seconds.
For those who don’t like mowing the lawn, automatic lawn mowers are available for approximately $3,500.
Anyone who owns a pool in Las Vegas knows that removing leaves and dirt from your backyard pool can be a hassle, but this automatic pool cleaner makes it that much easier. The price for this type of machine is $800.
We wish you all the best in your health as we welcome the new year. You can also get a sense of your health with a new device that attaches to your toilet, collects urine, and measures levels of things like vitamin C and magnesium.
Visitors say this year’s CES is almost back to 2019 levels.
