This NFL season has been pretty frustrating for Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen. Over the past two months, he has played a total of 45 snaps.
On Friday, Allen was officially ruled out of the Chargers’ next game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Chargers fans are visibly upset about Allen’s status in Week 10. Fantasy The same can be said about the owner of his football.
After the Chargers ruled Allen out of this Sunday’s game, NFL fans flooded Twitter to complain about his injury status.
“And the never-ending nightmare of drafting Keenan Allen continues,” said one fan.
Another fan tweeted, “Get him in IR already.”
“Save everyone a lot of time by saying he’s out for the season,” wrote a third fan.
When healthy, Allen is an elite playmaker. He has 736 career receptions for 8,612 yards and 48 touchdowns.
Unfortunately, Allen has only 77 receiving yards this season.
