NFL teams across the league believe the Baltimore Ravens could trade superstar quarterback Lamar Jackson if they can’t reach a deal this offseason, according to ESPN NFL. Insider Jeremy Fowler.
Jackson just finished the final year of his rookie deal and is about to sign a long-term contract.
The NFL world took to Twitter to react to this potential trade.
“He’s staying. Stop raising your expectations,” said one fan.
“Listen, I’ll replace whatever Lamar has when it’s available. Do whatever it takes,” another person added.
“Good. Get him out of Baltimore!!” another wrote.
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh is confident Jackson will return to Baltimore for the 2023 season, but that hopes will be dashed if contract negotiations fall through. If not, the Ravens could attack Jackson with a franchise tag or explore trade options.
