Texas may not have completed additions to its hiring class for 2023.
The Longhorns are trending to acquire TCU defensive back commit Warren Roberson. Texas received some favorable 247Sports crystal ball projections on Friday.
The Red Oak 4 Stars are dedicated to Horned Frogs but have decided not to sign them during the early signing period. Roberson is listed as the 22nd safest and top 50 player in Texas.
Roberson served as a do-anything player in the high school ranks playing defensive back, wide receiver, and kick returner. He pitches on the defensive side of the ball at the college level.
Roberson will be visiting Texas this weekend. Steve Sarkisian and the Texas staff hope to once again turn recruiting trails over rivalries in the Big 12.
